📦 Ordering & Downloads
How will I receive my digital patterns?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll be able to download your files from the order status page. A download link will also be sent to your email and will be available in your CrossWithMe account under "Orders".
Can I print the patterns?
Yes! All patterns are high-quality PDFs, ready for printing on standard A4 or US Letter paper.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us at crosswithmellc@gmail.com or through the contact form.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes! Buy 3 patterns and get 10% off, buy 5 for 15% off, and buy 10 for 25% off. Discounts apply automatically at checkout.
📜 Licensing & Usage
Can I sell items made from these patterns?
Our patterns are for personal use only. If you’re interested in a commercial license, please contact us.
Can I share or resell the pattern files?
No, redistribution or resale of digital files is strictly prohibited.
🛠️ Troubleshooting
The PDF won’t open. What should I do?
Try using Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download at adobe.com). If the issue persists, contact us.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues, reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.
